Event infrastructure
The technology underneath
Ticketing, payments, gate scanning and vendor settlement run as one system, designed and operated in house. Partners work with the team that built it, not a chain of suppliers.
One QR for the whole day
Our in house ticketing platform issues a unique QR for every ticket, validated server side, with inventory capped per festival day. Payments run cashless through Stripe, and the same QR carries entry, signature pie tokens and any courtesy drink entitlement.
Built for a network outage
Gate devices keep validating entry tickets when venue networks fail. Each ticket carries cryptographically signed data (ECDSA P-256) that the device verifies on the spot, and offline scans are queued, then reconciled to the server once connectivity returns.
Settled from the system of record
Digital token redemptions are recorded per stall at the moment of scan, so vendor payout reconciliation comes from the system of record rather than manual counting at the end of the day.
